Karen McNeil is an Arabic-to-English translator, with work published in World Literature Today and English-to-Arabic poetry translations published in Arabic literary magazines. She is currently a graduate student at Georgetown University and, in addition to her poetry translations, is working on several linguistic research projects on Tunisian Arabic.
