Inpress is the UK's leading sales and marketing agency for independent publishers, a not-for-profit community built on the belief that the most vital, courageous books deserve to reach the widest possible audience.

Established in 2002 and based in Newcastle upon Tyne, we work with over 60 award-winning independent presses across the UK, Ireland and beyond. Together, our publishers produce more than 400 titles a year: books that win major prizes, spark conversations, and build devoted readerships.

As an Arts Council England National Portfolio Organisation, we receive public funding that allows us to operate at accessible rates without compromising on quality. We're not driven by profit, our focus is on making independent publishing sustainable, visible, and celebrated.
