Collection: Agnes Meadows

Agnes Meadows has an established reputation on the Performance Poetry scene both in the UK, and internationally. She has read and given workshops at a host of festivals across Europe, the USA and the Middle East; and held the Farrago Slam Club’s Best Performer Award in 1998 and 1999. She runs two successful poetry events in London, has written four books of poetry, entitled You and Me, Quantum Love, Woman, and At Damascus Gate on Good Friday, the latter published by Flipped Eye Publishing in July 2005. A fifth book This One’s For You is due for publication in 2007. Agnes has also been an adviser on Poetry for Channel 4 TV, and produced a CD of her poetry with music, called Blues Shakin’ My Heels.
