In 1996 Duncan Mackay was awarded the prestigious Henry Ford European Conservation Award and in the same year published Apples, Berkshire, Cider (ISBN: 978-0952370178 ) to celebrate Berkshire’s amazing 31 apple varieties. Duncan currently works for Natural England.
