Collection: James Mcloughlin
James Mcloughlin was born in Southport, where he grew up. Having spent three years in Leeds completing a degree in English, he now resides in Southport once more. He writes poetry, short fiction and fiction, and his first collection of poems, Encore, was published in print and as an ebook in 2011 by Valley Press. Since then, he has been featured in the anthology Uplifting Moments by United Press and shortlisted for the National Poetry Competition and Young Poet of the Year awards. He was selected to appear in the Valley Press short story collection Front Lines, after a nationwide submission process, and has been published widely across the internet, including on The Cadaverine and Liverpool Noise.
