Jen Campbell

Based in London, Jen Campbell is a writer and bookseller. As a student in Edinburgh, she won the 2009 Penguin Orange Readers’ Group Prize for the Book Club, an online reading forum. Her first book, Weird Things Customers Say in Bookshops (Constable/Overlook, 2012), compiles three years’ worth of hilarious bookshop conversations. She has also written short stories and her debut poetry collection, The Hungry Ghost Festival, was published by The Rialto in 2012.
