Collection: Jo Brandon
Raised in rural Lincolnshire and currently based in London, Jo Brandon is a writer and creative arts facilitator. Her debut pamphlet Phobia was published by Valley Press in 2012, and her poetry has featured in Aesthetica, Cadaverine, The Poetry Review and Cake. She has been a Writer in Residence for the I Love West Leeds Festival, a young producer for Southbank Centre and a BBC funded young writer at the West Yorkshire Playhouse. Jo has collaborated with Opera North, The University of Leeds and Leeds Lieder+ as a librettist and her reviews and short fiction have appeared in Dream Catcher, Beyond and Mslexia. Jo has appeared at a number of literary events including the Ilkley Literature Festival, Poetry Parnassus, Bridlington Literature Festival and Free Verse: Poetry Book Fair.
