Founded in 2008, Nine Arches Press believes that a healthy writing ecosystem depends on publishers taking an active role in helping new and emerging authors, be it in poetry or short fiction. 

Nine Arches Press publishes full poetry collections, pamphlets and short stories from the likes of Luke Kennard, David Morley and Maria Taylor, along with the flagship literary magazine, Under the Radar. The Debut series allows up-and-coming poets to reach the important milestone of a first collection while bringing ambitious and well-crafted new writing to a wider audience. Nine Arches also organises the Wordsmith & Co. live poetry events, broadcast online via video and podcast.
