Svetlana Alexievich Wins Nobel Prize in Literature

The Nobel Prize in Literature for 2015 has awarded to the Belarusian author Svetlana Alexievich, "for her polyphonic writings, a monument to suffering and courage in our time."

One of the few English translations of her work can be found in Nine, from Glas New Russian Writing.
